成吉思汗大賽車是一個(gè)植根于內(nèi)蒙古、影響全國(guó)地區(qū)、輻射到全世界的本土新系列賽事。它是一個(gè)緊緊依托鄂爾多斯國(guó)際賽車場(chǎng)的，
分為初級(jí)聯(lián)賽、中級(jí)聯(lián)賽、高級(jí)聯(lián)賽三個(gè)發(fā)展階段的賽車計(jì)劃。組委會(huì)將成立 8支或8支以上的車隊(duì)，每個(gè)車隊(duì)選拔出至少兩位內(nèi)蒙古籍的本土車手參加比賽。所有車隊(duì)的專業(yè)賽車都由組委會(huì)聘請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)外的出色賽車團(tuán)隊(duì)打造，車手也由國(guó)際上知名的資深教練進(jìn)行深入培訓(xùn)，賽車的改裝、賽事服務(wù)等均由專業(yè)的賽事團(tuán)隊(duì)執(zhí)行。這兩年期間是本土車手的學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展期，在強(qiáng)大的技術(shù)及資金支持和培育下，他們有足夠的生存空間快速成長(zhǎng)。
Genghis Khan Grand Prix, a new local sporting series, which is rooted in Inner Mongolia, exerts a tremendous influence both home and abroad. Genghis Khan Grand Prix is a racing program firmly relying on the Ordos International Circuit. It can be divided into three stages: Primary League, Intermediate League, and High-ranking League. The Committee will set up eight or more teams, while each team will selec at least the best two local race drivers to compete in the League. All the professional racing cars are modified by our excellent racing teams engaged by the Committee. At the same time, all the race drivers will be deeply trained by the internationally renowned experienced coaches. Our professional Circuit teams are expert in racing car modifying and event services. These two years are the optimum time for the local race drivers to learn and develop. Owing to the powerful financial and technical assistances, the race drivers will have adequate space to grow up rapidly.
兩年后，成吉思汗大賽車將會(huì)進(jìn)入中級(jí)聯(lián)賽階段，此時(shí)也會(huì)同時(shí)進(jìn)行初級(jí)聯(lián)賽。中級(jí)聯(lián)賽中每個(gè)車隊(duì)除了有 2 位本土車手參賽外 ，還可以聘請(qǐng)外援幫助車隊(duì)爭(zhēng)取積分，比賽將會(huì)引進(jìn)升降級(jí)制。也就是說(shuō)，排名落后的車隊(duì)車手將會(huì)進(jìn)入降級(jí)區(qū)，最后的幾位將會(huì)降回初級(jí)聯(lián)賽；同理，此時(shí)表現(xiàn)出色的幾支初級(jí)聯(lián)賽車隊(duì)或車手可在新賽季時(shí)升到中級(jí)聯(lián)賽中。
Two years later, Genghis Khan Grand Prix will enter the stage of Intermediate League. In this period, each team can selec the best two local race drivers to compete in the League, besides; it also can seek external assistances (other teams engaged) to strive for the points. The League will apply the system of promotion. That is to say, the team or the driver whose ranking falls behind will be demoted to the lower rank zone. The last few will return to the Primary League. On the contrary, the most brilliant teams and drivers will compete in the Intermediate League in the following new season.
當(dāng)初級(jí)聯(lián)賽與中級(jí)聯(lián)賽均進(jìn)入到良性的上升時(shí)期，成吉思汗大賽車便會(huì)啟動(dòng)高級(jí)聯(lián)賽階段。此時(shí)，成吉思汗大賽車不僅僅是內(nèi)蒙古
地區(qū)或西北地區(qū)的標(biāo)志賽事，它還會(huì)引進(jìn)各項(xiàng)墊賽或國(guó)字號(hào)、國(guó)際比賽，如FIA各種賽事，CTCC 等。以此為依據(jù)，將 “ 成吉思汗大賽車”做成一個(gè)知名的賽車嘉年華品牌，它將會(huì)像英雄“成吉思汗”一樣，以其韌性及頑強(qiáng)走出中國(guó)，走向世界。
When both the Primary League and the Intermediate League have entered a steady and positive period, the Genghis Khan Grand Prix will set about the High-ranking League. At that time, Genghis Khan Grand Prix is not just the emblematical event in Inner Mongolia or the northwest area of China, but it will add in a variety of warm-up promotional events or domestic brand events，International events, such as all kinds of events of FIA, CTCC and so on.
